Romania – Buildings of particular historical or architectural interest – Executia lucrarilor pentru ”Reabilitarea, restaurarea şi consolidarea clădirii Casa Naţională Stroe Belloescu, azi Biblioteca Municipală Bârlad”

On 18.03.2026, Contract of Financing No. 931 was signed with the North-East Regional Development Agency for the implementation of the project "Promoting the Cultural and Historical Heritage of the Municipality of Bârlad", financed under the North-East 2021-2027 PR, Priority 7 North-East - A More Attractive Region, Specific Objective: Promoting integrated and inclusive development in the social, economic and environmental fields, as well as culture, natural heritage, sustainable tourism and security in urban areas, within the Call "PR/NE/2025/7/RSO5.1/1/Municipii" with the following investment objectives:  Rehabilitation, restoration and consolidation of the building "Casa Naţională Stroe Belloescu" now the Bârlad Municipal Library;  Arrangement of the central zone;  Digitalisation of tourist attractions. In accordance with the provisions of art. 161 of Law No. 98/2016 on public procurement, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarification/information regarding the award documentation, submitted within the specified timeframe at section I.3 (16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders), within a consolidated response, posted in SEAP, 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
