New construction for DRF Air Rescue for 24-hour operation (NUF 1-6: approx. 542m²). New building consisting of a hangar with integrated social tract, two new parking positions for helicopters, and a fuel station. Structural adaptation of the existing FATO (Final Approach and Take-Off Area) to new legal requirements. Construction site approx. 1,120 m², south of the existing air rescue station; rescue helicopter of type H145 (five-blade rotor) from Airbus Helicopters Christoph 47. Structural engineering, performance level 1 (LPH 2-4), optionally performance levels 2-3 (LPH 5-6); specific performance obligations and further special services according to the attached tender documents; the construction project will be realised as a BIM pilot project; BIM roles: BIM author and BIM specialist coordinator. GBK: 6,181,000 gross (KG 300 approx. 2,325,000, KG 400 approx. 2,359,000, KG 500 approx. 1,413,000); planning requirements: average (HZ III); realisation in the EFRE funding period 2021 - 2027 is targeted, completion by 12/2029 required.
