1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of specialist equipment: portable medical scales, reflexometers, semi-automatic defibrillators (AEDs) that are part of the equipment for the preventive stations of the National Health Fund and the preventive station in the Customer Service Halls of NFZ, for the needs of the project "Coordinated Care in POZ" (project number: FERS.04.15-IP.07-0003/23). 2. The subject of the contract has been co-financed under the "Coordinated Care in POZ" Project as part of the European Social Fund Plus 2021-2027 programme, co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus (no FERS.04.15-IP.07-0003/23-00/1374/2024/217).
