Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Arzneimittelrabattverträge gem. § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V im Rahmen von Open-House-Verfahren

The IKK classic hereby announces that it will conclude non-exclusive discount agreements under Section 130a (8) SGB V on equal, non-negotiable terms with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies for various active substances and active substance combinations for the period from 01.05.2026 to 30.04.2028. The earliest contract start date is 01.05.2026, provided that the signed contract and all necessary evidence, declarations and documents are received by the IKK classic by 02.04.2026. Thereafter, the following applies: if the documents are received by the 05th of a respective month in the possible entry period, the 01st of the following month will be the contract start date. If the documents are received after the 05th of a respective month in the possible entry period, the 01st of the second following month will be the contract start date. Entry into the agreement is possible at any time within the specified period, but at the latest by 05.03.2028. Further information see section VI.3.
