Information about the contract: The selection guide is downloadable via the link received through the publication. The contract for window cleaning and various cleaning services is divided into 3 lots:

- Lot 1: Window cleaning, cleaning of solar panels, cleaning of buildings after new construction or renovation, ... of the various Emmaüs locations (except AZ Sint-Maarten)

- Lot 2: Window cleaning, changing of curtains, cleaning of buildings after new construction or renovation, ... of AZ Sint-Maarten

- Lot 3: Cleaning of extractor hoods, cold rooms and ceilings of the large kitchens of Emmaüs

Lot 1 covers approximately 125 buildings located in the province of Antwerp. Lot 2 is specifically targeted at AZ Sint-Maarten, Mechelen. Lot 3 covers approximately 15 large kitchens located in the province of Antwerp. By submitting a tender for one or more lots, the bidder confirms that they can deliver all the contracts, included in the inventory of the relevant lot. The duration of this framework agreement is set for a period of 4 years and can be extended twice by one year, resulting in a total duration of 6 years. The contract will commence on the date as mentioned in the award letter. The objective of this contract is to find a partner, for the above-mentioned services, with whom we can benefit from a good price/quality ratio (without guaranteeing exclusivity), with continuous support in the field of choices to optimise the products and services to be used.

Information about the vzw Emmaüs: The facilities of the vzw Emmaüs are located in the province of Antwerp, mainly in Mechelen, Duffel, Ranst, Malle-Zoersel, Heist-op-den-Berg and Merksplas. A separate annex is provided with an indicative list of building addresses. The vzw Emmaüs spends approximately the following amounts annually on these services.

- Lot 1: 320,000€ (excl. VAT)

- Lot 2: 125,000€ (excl. VAT)

- Lot 3: 30,000€ (excl. VAT)

The maximum value of this contract is estimated, for a period of 6 years, at the following values:

- Lot 1: 3,840,000€ (excl. VAT)

- Lot 2: 1,500,000€ (excl. VAT)

- Lot 3: 360,000€ (excl. VAT)

The vzw Emmaüs acts as a purchasing centre for the following possible participants:

- Convent van Betlehem, Duffel

- KITOS vzw, Mechelen

- KDV 't Riemenhofje
