No deadline given

Description

The municipality of Amsterdam is working on the development of the Smart Mobility Hub (SMH). The SMH houses a mobility hub for ten different mobility types, with a publicly accessible sports park of approximately 4 hectares on the roof, featuring various sports and recreational facilities in a park-like environment. The plinth of the building will accommodate social and commercial facilities, including a winter shelter for the homeless and roofless (100 beds). The building also functions as an energy and climate buffer for the surrounding areas. In short, an example of an integral project where the stacking of functions from various regulations on a small area forms a logical implementation. The building has a gross floor area of over 110,000 m2. For the development of the building, various departments (i.e. Traffic & Public Space, Sport & Forest, Land & Development, Social Real Estate) of the municipality of Amsterdam are working together to realise this unique project. The Parking Department, Municipal Real Estate and Sport and Forest are involved in the future management and operation. The municipality of Amsterdam (hereinafter: contracting authority) has chosen to divide the SMH project into three parcels, each of which will be tendered separately and at different times. For each parcel, a separate tendering process will be followed and an independent contract will be concluded. Parcel division: Parcel 1: Mobility hub ('car park'), subdivided into building sections A, B and C; Parcel 2: Roof park; Parcel 3: Plinth and multifunctional sports accommodation (MSA). This is the selection guideline for parcel 2: Roof park for which the Restricted Procedure according to Chapter 3 of the ARW2016 is followed.
