Bacău County Emergency Hospital needs to replace/modernize part of its IT infrastructure to support medical, administrative, and support activities, as well as digitalization processes. The equipment must ensure performance, reliability, compatibility with IT applications, and continuity of activities. The contracting authority has identified the need to organize this procedure because, for the smooth running of the specific activities, it is necessary to ensure a higher data processing and transmission flow, which cannot be achieved without the existence of high-performance computing systems that allow both multitasking and superior data processing and transfer speeds. Therefore, emphasis has been placed on computing units with multi-core processors, from the middle and high level range, as well as on RAM memories with superior frequencies. Following the conclusion of the Framework Agreement / contract, we expect to acquire high-quality products, delivered within a reasonable timeframe, in order to carry out the specific activities of the hospital in good conditions. The lot division is justified by the functional and technical differences between desktop PCs, monitors, laptops, and AIO systems and allows the participation of specialized operators in product categories. In this context, the following product categories are requested to be acquired, divided, due to technical particularities, into four distinct lots.
