Germany – Primary school construction work – Grundschule Wittenburg 2. BA - Mensa und Bestandsgebäude 10 Lose

The city of Wittenburg intends to renovate the existing school building and construct a 4-storey school extension at the Grundschule “Am Friedensring” in 19243 Wittenburg. This will be carried out in 3 construction phases: 1st phase - Extension construction - completed 2nd phase - Renovation and conversion of the existing building 3rd phase - New construction of the outdoor facilities

One of the special features of the 2nd phase is the location of the new canteen in the courtyard. Another special feature is the prefabricated building from the DDR era. The structural utilisation of this system is at almost 100 %. Therefore, only approved drilling of any kind may be carried out!
