The subject of the contract is the supply of fish and fish products in the estimated quantities, divided into 3 parts (tasks). Task 1 – Supply of fish and fish products - (GZ Siedlce) Task 2 – Supply of fish and fish products - (GZ Warsaw -Wesoła) Task 3 – Supply of fish and fish products - Kopytów ZZ LOGISTYK IIA - Kopytów 1. The quantity requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in the annexes no. 1 to SWZ – description of the subject of the contract, which will be placed on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog. The Buyer envisages the right of option in the subject procedure: The Buyer envisages the right of option in accordance with art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The implementation of the right of option - depending on the needs of the Buyer - will consist of increasing the subject of the contract in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract, up to a maximum of 200% of the value of the basic contract. The contract specified in the optional contract will be implemented by the Contractor, with whom the Basic Contract was concluded, on the terms and at the unit prices specified in the basic contract. The Buyer will inform the Contractor to what extent he will be obliged to implement the contract specified in the optional contract. The implementation of the optional part will be carried out on the basis of the Buyer's declaration of intent expressed in the form of a written order. The use of the option to increase the assortment will apply within the framework of the concluded Basic Contract in the event of the need to ensure the continuity of supply to the persons fed. The Contractor will be informed of the above with a minimum of two weeks' notice. The use of the right of option by the Buyer is a right of the Buyer. The use of the right of option by the Buyer gives rise to an obligation on the part of the Contractor to implement the optional contract. In the event that the Buyer does not use the right of option, the Contractor has no claims in this regard. The use of the right of option does not constitute a change to the Contract nor does it require the signing of an additional Contract.
