Bulgaria – Construction supervision services – „Упражняване на строителен надзор на обект: „Ремонт на съоръжения на пътната инфраструктура, обслужващи общински път PVN 3049 - / PVN 1045, Долна Митрополия - Горна Митрополия, / III-3004 / - депо ТБО при км. 0+970 (етап II)“

The scope of the contract includes the following activities: Carrying out independent construction supervision during the execution of the construction: "Repair of road infrastructure facilities serving municipal road PVN 3049 - / PVN 1045, Dolna Mitropoliya - Gorna Mitropoliya, / III-3004 / - TBO depot at km. 0+970 (Stage II)". The scope of the contract includes activities for exercising construction supervision in accordance with Article 166, Paragraph 1 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA), control over compliance with the requirements of Article 169, Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the SDA during the execution of construction and installation works, included in the scope of the contract. The scope of the Contractor's work includes the following main activities: Activity 1. Construction supervision during the execution of the object, until its acceptance and commissioning, in accordance with the requirements of the SDA and guaranteeing the application of Bulgarian regulatory requirements; Activity 2. Performing the function of Safety and Health Coordinator, in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work during the execution of construction and installation works; Activity 3. Preparation of a final report in accordance with Article 168, Paragraph 6 of the SDA after the completion of construction and installation works for the object. Activity 4. Preparation of a technical passport in accordance with Article 176a of the SDA and Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 for the object.
