The provision of strategic communication advice for social issues, policy issues and organisational issues. The service can include the development of communication analyses and communication strategies (see Annex F for the list of communication strategies), the elaboration into concrete communication plans and their implementation. The estimated maximum value of this framework agreement (including the option to extend) is € 25,000,000.
