Action I.1 Teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools for facilities and entities, including equipment necessary to provide patients:

1) Delivery of Licences for teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools (software licence).

2) Personalisation of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools according to the specifics of the target group (e.g. adapting the language to the medical context, including terminology related to hearing/speech disorders).

3) Integration and test launch of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools, under the supervision of the contracting authority.

4) Functional testing of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools prior to trials (pilot).

Action I.2 Delivery of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools for facilities and entities, including equipment necessary to provide patients:

1) Implementation of teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools in local facilities.

Action II: Licences for teleaudiology and teleconsultation tools for cooperating entities, with tool adaptation and implementation, and in particular:

1) Tools for collecting and storing data from sensory organ measurements at various time intervals, for different age groups of patients, different conditions, etc.

2) Tools for analysing data from rehabilitation progress measurements.

3) Patient communication tools enabling remote communication with the centre and caregiver for patients - application for phone, tablet.

Action III: Purchase of multimedia equipment for the needs of sensory rooms (in 5 centres across the country) and teleaudiological in IFPS for the needs of organising teletransmissions and teleconsultations, divided into tasks:

Action III.1: Installation of multimedia equipment for the needs of organising teletransmissions and teleconsultations in IFPS and in 4 centres across the country.

Action III.2: Installation of multimedia equipment for the needs of sensory and teleaudiological rooms in the remaining 16 centres across the country.
