The rehabilitation and modernisation of the urban infrastructure along the Cuejdiu River (Section 2 – Lot 1, between Bd. Dacia and Str. Orhei) through the creation of 8516 m2 of public open spaces; the creation and expansion of urban green spaces and relaxation and recreation areas in the open air through the creation of 2386 m2 of green spaces. The arrangement of a multifunctional public space for cultural and recreational activities in the open air and the increase of tourist attractiveness (50,000 visitors/year); In accordance with art. 160 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement (as amended by Government Emergency Ordinance no. 107/2017), corroborated with the provisions of art. 27 of Government Decision no. 395/2016, the contracting authority will respond to requests for clarification (if these have been received in time), 20 days before the date set for the submission of tenders in the Participation Notice. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for tender submission: 30 days.
