France – Sorters – Fourniture, Installation et Maintenance du système de tri des documents de la bibliothèque de l’ALCAZAR de Marseille

The consultation aims to replace the sorting robot and the external return box of the Alcazar Library. The candidate must define the best solution in line with the needs of the PLP. They will develop a project for the installation of the sorting robot and the external return box (ERB). This project aims to install the new equipment and ensure their maintenance for the duration of the contract (10 years). The competitive dialogue procedure has been chosen in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2124-3 and R2124-3 1° and 3° of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is awarded through a negotiated procedure as the need cannot be met without adapting immediately available solutions to the specific constraints of the Alcazar site and design services are required. The sorting line is arranged on 2 levels (ground floor and basement) and the transition between these two levels requires:

- building modifications (modification of a wall opening, redefinition of the mandatory "fire barrier" system for the Alcazar, which is an ERP, adaptation of the facade for the external return box collector)

- specific equipment related to the configuration of each of the proposed solutions.
