1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services to the Contracting Authority related to the exercise of investor supervision over the implementation of construction works, covered by the guaranteed scope, within the task entitled "Renovation to improve the energy efficiency of the Tax Office building in Krosno at ul. Składowej 5". 2. The detailed scope and manner of the contract implementation is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ description of the subject of the contract and Annex 3 to the SWZ draft contract terms (contract template).
