Germany – Architectural, engineering and planning services – Rahmenverträge - Ingenieursleistung technische Gebäudeausrüstung

The subject of the tender is engineering services for the technical equipment in buildings and in the outdoor facilities or their supply to/from public facilities to the property or into it. Predominantly in operational facilities with partially complex systems, so-called yield objects (residential and commercial) and substations and the associated properties (possibly also within switching facilities) for:

• Maintenance measures

• Renovation measures

• Conversion measures

• New construction measures on a small and medium scale or as preparatory measures for larger new construction projects

• Creation of bills of quantities for maintenance services of the associated technical systems

• Consulting services in the entire service spectrum

The focus is on existing systems. The measures often take place during ongoing operations. It is necessary to be thoroughly familiar with the existing systems of the technical building services and to coordinate planning/consulting services with them.

The aim of the tender is to conclude two framework agreements per lot.

Lot 1: Engineering services of cost group (KG) 400 and technical systems of KG 500 (sewage, water, heating supply, air conditioning) according to the description of services

Lot 2: Engineering services in KG 400 and 500 for electrical systems, communication, security and information technology systems according to the description of services.
