The North Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (Pohde) is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) to procure the goods described in this invitation to participate and its annexes for the North Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County. The contracting entity will award contracts through separate internal competitions within the DPS, to which suppliers admitted to the system may participate. The contracting entity will admit to the system all candidates who submit a participation application and meet the suitability requirements set for candidates. The procurement procedure for the DPS is described in more detail in Annex 1 of the invitation to participate. The subject of the procurement is laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies suitable for various specialist surgical and outpatient procedures. The dynamic purchasing system is divided into the following categories: 1. Laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for urological surgical and outpatient procedures 2. Laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for gynaecological surgical and outpatient procedures 3. Laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for vascular surgical and outpatient procedures 4. Laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for gastrointestinal surgical and outpatient procedures 5. Laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for ear, nose, and throat (ENT) surgical and outpatient procedures 6. Laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for ophthalmic surgical and outpatient procedures 7. Laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for dermatological surgical and outpatient procedures 8. New, innovative, and other similar laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for surgical and outpatient procedures not mentioned in categories 1–7. The contracting entity has the right, if necessary, to procure laser treatment and laser surgery equipment and related device-specific supplies for surgical and outpatient procedures also outside the dynamic purchasing system, for example, through separate competitions, direct procurements, or under existing agreements, within the framework of the procurement act. The dynamic purchasing system is valid until 30.4.2032, unless it is shortened or extended by a separate notice. The use of electronic auction in internal competitions is possible.
