The Duisburg Economic Enterprises - AöR collect street sweepings (AW-Nr. 200303) from public roads, paths, and squares using street sweepers. The collected street sweepings are transported to the transfer stations of the Duisburg Economic Enterprises within the city limits of Duisburg, where they are transferred into roll-off containers and transported by the AG to the recycler/disposer. The subject of this tender is the proper and environmentally sound material utilisation of the street sweepings during the performance period from 01.12.2026 to 30.11.2028 (contract extension option for one year from 01.12.2028 to 30.11.2029) of the quantities collected in the city area and delivered to the recycler. The quantity of street sweepings to be utilised during the performance period from 01.12.2026 - 30.11.2028 (24 months) is as follows: - Street sweepings (AVV 200303) approx. 5,500 t/ p. a. (11,000 t for 24 months) The quantity specified, which is an average of the last few years, is intended solely as an aid for calculation and is not a binding statement that is guaranteed for the future. In addition, there are seasonal fluctuations in the quantities. Changes in the quantity specified in the range of +/- 20% must be taken into account by the bidder as part of the pricing and do not result in a change to the offered conditions. The organic content of the street sweepings also varies by season, e.g. during leaf-fall. Here, too, no guarantee can be given for a uniform composition of the waste for separate utilisation/processing. The delivery of the containers to the disposal point(s) specified by the disposer takes place between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. In exceptional cases, deliveries must also be made on Saturdays.
