The procurement process includes a contract for the supply of maintenance and cleaning of green areas and winter services for the Contracting Authority, as described in the tender material. All addresses are expected to be at the desired condition level upon the contract's entry into force. The desired condition level for all addresses can be found via a link in the tender material. There will be an opportunity to inspect selected addresses. At the time of publication of this tender, the contract covers 325 addresses. The address list, which is available via the link in the tender material, is to be considered dynamic, as the Contracting Authority reserves the right to both increase and decrease the number of addresses covered during the contract period as a result of the ongoing adaptation of the Contracting Authority's infrastructure. The Contracting Authority wishes for the tasks covered by the contract to be carried out with consideration for the environment and climate, as well as biodiversity, and for active work to be done to reduce the environmental and climate impact in connection with the performance of tasks covered by the contract. The affected addresses are predominantly characterized by being technical installations and facilities, where the focus for performing tasks related to the maintenance and cleaning of green areas will primarily be on the green facilities supporting the facility's functional and technical character, but the addresses are also desired to appear representatively neat. Such conditions are appropriately reflected in the Contracting Authority's maintenance plans. It is noted that the tender also includes the maintenance of rainwater basins, which will generally be surrounded by natural grass and/or meadow grass. It is also noted that the maintenance of rainwater basins may require an exemption from the Nature Conservation Act §3. The Contracting Authority is responsible for and handles all contact with the relevant authorities in this regard. By winter services is meant the preventive efforts in the form of de-icing and snow removal on the Contracting Authority's addresses, cf. the Contracting Authority's maintenance plans, where the Tenderer is continuously responsible for conducting an independent assessment of the concrete need derived from the weather, as well as handling and carrying out the tasks related to de-icing and snow removal, cf. Contract Annex 1 – Specification of Requirements.
