Germany – Engineering services – Planung Verkehrsanlagen Lph. 8 und 9, Rahmenvereinbarung

The LBV.SH intends to implement a large number of E1 and E2 measures on federal, state and county roads in the coming years. E1 measures are projects involving renewal of the wearing course as well as partial renewal of the binder or base course. E2 measures are renewals of the superstructure, i.e. above the formation level, in individual cases with renewal of the drainage systems and renewal of the passive safety features. The services to be awarded include project support in the scope of traffic facilities according to § 47 HOAI for the performance phase 8 (construction supervision and on-site construction supervision) and for the performance phase 9 (project support). The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement with up to three contractors and an annual contract value of max. 0,8 million per contract year.
