The Central Procurement Agency of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate in the State Enterprise for Mobility Rhineland-Palatinate (ZBL) is awarding a framework agreement with an economic operator (the future contractor) for the inspection of portable electrical systems and equipment, including fixed, permanently installed equipment, according to DGUV Regulation 3/4 through an open procedure in accordance with §§ 14, 15 VgV, § 119 GWB.
