The project concerns (Project; main lines): • The renovation of the existing complex, including an extension at the front, i.a.: ○ Sustainability measures, such as energy saving and smart water use. ○ Improved sports facilities, so that visitors of all ages can exercise pleasantly and safely. ○ A renovated entrance, which ensures better reception and flow. Works include (non-exhaustive): Complex ○ New central entrance for the ice rink, swimming pool and sports halls. Ice Rink ○ Replacement of ice surfaces. ○ Replacement of refrigeration system. ○ Renovation of changing rooms. ○ Conversion/extension of skating café and skating shop. ○ Replacement/sustainabilisation of air conditioning systems. Swimming Pool ○ Replacement of tiling. ○ Creation of offices on the 2nd floor. ○ Conversion/redesign of current offices on the ground floor. ○ Extension of swimming pool on the current terrace. ○ Replacement/sustainabilisation of swimming pool installation. ○ Replacement/sustainabilisation of air conditioning systems. Sports Halls ○ Conversion/redesign of current central hall. ○ Conversion/redesign of changing rooms. ○ Conversion/redesign of 1st floor spaces. ○ Replacement/sustainabilisation of air conditioning systems. Scope: ○ Construction part A: ice rink, approx. 15,400 m2 BVO. ○ Construction part B: swimming pool, approx. 6,200 m2 BVO. ○ Construction part C: sports halls, approx. 7,300 m2 BVO. ○ Total complex: approx. 28,900 m2 BVO.
