Germany – Project and design preparation, estimation of costs – Dithmarscher Landesmuseum Meldorf (DLM) - 2. BA - Touristische Attraktivierung

The District of Dithmarschen intends to award planning services for the re-conceptualisation and expansion of the permanent exhibition of the Dithmarschen State Museum Meldorf as part of the 2nd construction phase. The subject of the service is the conceptual, scenographic, design and technical planning of the exhibition areas for contemporary history from 1945 to the present, including visitor guidance, mediation and participation formats as well as barrier-free and sustainable museum technology. The planning task includes in particular the further development of historical ensembles, the integration of modern mediation formats, the integration of museum education areas as well as the development of a model exhibition concept for regional historical museums in rural areas. The service will be awarded in stages; initially, phases 1 to 3 of the service will be commissioned.
