The public contract for intellectual services concerns: Mission of scheduling, management and coordination. The contract includes one firm lot and two optional lots: - The firm lot covers the APD-PRO-ACT phases of the two sub-operations called "Basement" and "Aquarium", - Optional lot No. 1 covers the EXE, VISA, DET and AOR phases of the sub-operation called "Basement", - Optional lot No. 2 covers the EXE, VISA, DET and AOR phases of the sub-operation called "Aquarium". The contract is at mixed prices. The unit-priced services are concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in euros excluding tax for all unit-priced services of 100,000.00 € excluding tax for the contractual period. These operations are to be carried out on a site that is occupied and classified as MH.
