Romania – Overhaul and refurbishment work – Execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul „Creșterea eficienței energetice a clădirilor rezidențiale din Municipiul Lupeni, Blocul 16, strada Bărbăteni”, Cod SMIS 348078

The procurement involves the award of a works execution contract, the subject of which is the energy efficiency of a residential building (apartment block) in Lupeni Municipality, Bărbăteni Street, Block 16, based on non-repayable financing granted through the 2021-2027 Regional West Programme, Priority 3: A region with environmentally friendly cities / Specific Objective: RSO2.1_Promotion of energy efficiency measures and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, Project Call PRV/233/PRV_P3/OP2/RSO2.1/PRV_A21 - PRV/3.1.A/1.6 Energy efficiency in residential buildings – UAT ITI Valea Jiului, based on the Financing Contract No. 470/28.05.2026. The works will be carried out in strict compliance with the specifications of the technical projects and the technical and economic documentation annexed to the Terms of Reference, the applicable regulations, as well as the DNSH principles established by the European Commission. Bidders will have the obligation to explicitly state how the works carried out are in line with the DNSH principles. The main benefits expected by the Contracting Authority relate to the energy renovation of 75 households, a 66.25% reduction in the annual primary energy consumption of the building, and a 67.43% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions as a result of the building's rehabilitation. The Contracting Authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information through a "consolidated response" uploaded to the "LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS" section of the Participation Notice 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
