France – High voltage installation work – Aéroport de PARIS - CHARLES DE GAULLE - Création d'une centrale électrique ICAS1-B

In the context of the development strategy of the Paris airport, of Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG), aimed at supporting the growth and greening of the platform, a project to strengthen the electrical capacity of CDG is underway. As part of this, Aéroports de Paris plans to create an ICAS1B power plant within the CTFE (Thermo Frigo Electrique) power plant of the Paris Charles de Gaulle platform to operate two new generator sets that will provide backup power to the AGEN satellite, as well as to another satellite or terminal yet to be defined. As part of this project, here is a non-exhaustive description of the planned works:

**BUILDING CONSTRUCTION**: Building of approximately 350m2 height approx. 6.20m Architecture – Cladding type = equivalent to existing ARVAL Frequency 5.43 HA Set of Plans: existing / projected / insertion views Civil works Foundations (piles according to G2) – walls and doors CF 2nd works: partitions, paints floors, walls Simple sanitary 1p. PHMR 1 DSI room – cf. DSI requirements on the LT HVAC: Heating system Installation of a double-walled biodiesel tank: Buried 20,000L. + Local volume 2x500l. Chimneys Roof-mounted air-cooled condensers Forced ventilation Sound traps

**ROADWORKS AND NETWORKS**: Land development Earthworks Access roadworks: asphalt Connections to existing networks EU / EP (on the north ditch) / ESP Connection to the existing gallery (multitubular, chambers)

**ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS**: Two biodiesel generator sets 1700 kVA HT electrical equipment: transformers – 20kV network LT electrical equipment Control and command system incl. PSSI Resistive load bank 1500kW Low voltage Interior lighting: Normal + Secu Exterior lighting Reports Supervision

**LOW CURRENT (CFA)**: Video surveillance Sound Control access (badges): one zone connection to the existing SSI (DI + Alarm) connection to the existing system Telephony Carbon monoxide detector. This consultation is the subject of a single TCE lot. The present consultation includes one (1) firm section and one (1) optional section.
