France – Instrumentation and control equipment – PHASE CANDIDATURE :Développement du banc de Contrôle Commande Opérationnel et Servitudes de l’ELM2

The services for the present phase: development and implementation of the CCOS ELM2, are as follows:

• Development and implementation of the CCOS,

• Procurement of materials,

• Factory validation and acceptance of the CCOS,

• Fitting out of control rooms (operator consoles and workstations),

• On-site installation and validation in French Guiana of the CCOS,

• Spare parts and labour warranty for 1 year after technical qualification on site,

• Supply of associated documentation,

• Supply of an estimate of the annual costs of maintaining operational readiness (MCO), security (MCS) and operation of the proposed solution with an associated organisational proposal.
