The subject of the contract is the supply of dressings. The subject of the contract, quantity and quality requirements are contained in the assortment-price form, which is Annex no. 4.1-4.16 to the specification of contract conditions (hereinafter: SWZ). The contract has been divided into 16 parts: Part 1 – Postoperative wound dressings Part 2 – Limb immobilisation bandages Part 3 – Haemostatic dressings I Part 4 – Eye covers Part 5 – Haemostatic dressings II Part 6 – Dressing sets Part 7 – Swabs Part 8 – Miscellaneous dressings I Part 9 – Specialist dressings I Part 10 – Non-adhesive compresses Part 11 – Eye compresses Part 12 – Lignin Part 13 – Miscellaneous dressings II Part 14 – Surgical film Part 15 – Miscellaneous dressings III Part 16 – Miscellaneous dressings IV. The subject and conditions of implementation of this contract must be in accordance with the Act of 7 April 2022 on Medical Devices and other applicable legal provisions in this area.
