Belgium – Garments for biological or chemical protection – raamovereenkomst voor het leveren en onderhouden kledij cleanroom

UZ LeuvenBelgiumPublished on Feb 18, 2026
No deadline given

Description

UZ Leuven is a university hospital where patients can count on specialised care and innovative treatments, combined with humane attention and respect for each individual. Daily, 10,000 passionate employees deliver the best possible tailored care. As a pioneer in clinical research, the hospital also contributes to future patient care. To continue to guarantee the best possible care, it has been decided to build a new preparation pharmacy, the construction of which has already begun. The current tender concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for 4 + 2 years for the supply and maintenance of cleanroom clothing for various departments (CSA, RF, fertility; CKF, therapeutic banks, ATMP). Currently, these locations use disposable clothing, which will systematically switch to reusable cleanroom clothing. We are starting in the cleanrooms of the production pharmacy.

Explanation: To comply with the new legislation (5PIC/S standard), a new production pharmacy is being built at UZ Leuven. For this, several new cleanrooms need to be set up. The personnel of the cleanrooms must be provided with the appropriate work clothing that meets the requirements to work in these cleanrooms. The tender aims to conclude a framework agreement for the supply and maintenance of cleanroom clothing.
