Croatia – Construction work for school buildings – Dogradnja školske dvorane i uređenje okoliša OŠ Stjepan Radić

The subject of the procurement is the execution of works for the extension and equipping of the school premises of Osnovna škola Stjepana Radića. Osnovna škola Stjepana Radića is located at Domaćinska 1, in Božjakovina, cadastral plot no. 3197, municipal district Brckovljani. Reconstruction and extension of the small hall adjacent to the existing school building of Osnovna škola Stjepan Radić, Domaćinska 1, in Božjakovina, cadastral plot no. 3197, municipal district Brckovljani, total area 32.083,00 m2 (area from ZK uloška no. 1113, Possession List 1113 and according to the geodetic situation). The project includes the reconstruction (minor extension) of the existing school building and minimal landscaping around the planned extension in accordance with the defined standards from the current regulations and possibilities at the location. The building is fully functional and maintained. The spaces that are the subject of this project are the spaces of the school hall, i.e. the gym and ancillary spaces. The school has a secured gym with dimensions of approximately 15x27m, 4 changing rooms with two sanitary groups, a teachers' office, an office, a storage room, two sanitary nodes for external users and a gallery with a smaller storage room. There is also a storage room for equipment next to the gym. The ancillary spaces are on the ground floor, while the gallery space is for spectators.
