France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Solution d'API Management

The Transilien Directorate operates an information system composed of APIs that can be used internally by Transilien, internally by SNCF, externally by Transilien (partners) or externally (e.g. IDFm). The Client wishes to acquire a new API Management solution to:

- Strengthen security by providing a solution offering supervision and governance tools

- Enable teams in charge of application products exposing APIs to manage access to them autonomously (exchange contract)

- Provide a centralised catalogue of APIs

The envisaged solution is of a hybrid type with one or more API Gateways installed on the client's information system (On-premise) and control interfaces implemented as SaaS. An optional scope is defined for potential uses at the level of Dedicated Companies (SD).
