Romania – Evaluation consultancy services – Achiziția serviciilor de consultanță pentru evaluarea eficienței și eficacității măsurilor de asistență tehnică în susținerea Inițiativelor Teritoriale Integrate

The following contract will provide consultancy services for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of technical assistance measures in supporting Integrated Territorial Initiatives, in accordance with the PoAT 2021 – 2027 Evaluation Plan. The objective of this evaluation is to determine, primarily, the relevance, efficiency, and effectiveness of technical assistance measures within the PoAT 2021-2027 interventions for supporting the ITI strategies provided for in the AP and for developing other ITI strategies. Furthermore, the evaluation process should highlight the factors contributing to the success or failure of the implementation of these measures, as well as the sustainability of the financed actions. All requirements can be found in the terms of reference. The number of days until clarifications can be requested prior to the deadline for submission of tenders: 20. The contracting authority will respond to all clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
