Execution of the service consisting of managing properties owned by the Municipality of Olkusz and located in the premises of Housing Cooperatives, including: 1) 648 residential units and units intended for social rent, with a total usable area of 26,358.85 m². 2) 4 garages with a total usable area of 233.32 m². 3) The contractor will maintain at least two customer service offices with cash points throughout the contract period, enabling the collection of payments from residents for: rent charges, advance payments for charges independent of the owner, charges for unconditional use of the premises, interest on late payments, rental deposits, and charges for waste management. The detailed description of the subject of the order and the description of the requirements of the Purchaser in the scope of the implementation of the order is contained in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ – contract template and Annexes No. 1, 1a, 2, 3, 4, 4a to the contract.
