The concession aims to construct and operate a haul-out facility in the eastern area of the Marina del Cantábrico basin to provide services for lifting, moving, launching and handling vessels using travelifts, mobile cranes or other equivalent mechanical means; use of ramps, slipways, technical platforms and other infrastructure intended for the haul-out and dry storage of vessels; and, in general, the provision of industrial services related to the maintenance, repair, conditioning and construction of vessels, as defined in the tender documents.
