Romania – Construction work – Contract de lucrari- 2018.C/I/RK.1256 Buzău – „LUCRĂRI DE INTERVENȚIE ÎN CAZARMA 1256 BUZĂU” – (execuție lucrări)

Through this contract, the execution of works for the investment objective: „INTERVENTION WORKS AT BARRACKS 1256 BUZĂU” – (execution of works), project code 2018.C/I/RK.1256 Buzău, will be procured. The estimated value of the contract for the execution of works, with the object 2018.C/I/RK.1256 Buzău – „INTERVENTION WORKS AT BARRACKS 1256 BUZĂU” – (execution of works), is 13,393,798.25 lei excluding VAT, broken down as follows: • 2018-C-1256 Buzău – 1,505,010.20 lei excluding VAT. Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses related to the objective code 2018.C.1256 Buzău amount to 301,002.04 lei excluding VAT, are not included in the estimated value and will not be offered. • 2018-I-1256 Buzău – 4,509,225.73 lei excluding VAT. Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses related to the objective code 2018.I.1256 Buzău amount to 450,992.57 lei excluding VAT, are not included in the estimated value and will not be offered. • 2018-RK-1256 Buzău – 7,379,562.32 lei excluding VAT. Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses related to the objective code 2018.RK.1256 Buzău amount to 1,457,912.46 lei excluding VAT, are not included in the estimated value and will not be offered. Clarifications can be requested 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will communicate to all economic operators the responses to the clarification questions received – accompanied by the relevant questions – taking measures to not disclose the identity of the person who requested the respective clarifications, by publishing them on the website www.e-licitatie.ro - SEAP - within the notice of participation related to this procedure in the section „Documentații şi clarificări”. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests before the deadline for submission of tenders with 11 days.
