Germany – Assembly and erection of prefabricated structures – Stadt Krumbach (Schwaben) - Vermietung einer noch zu errichtenden Containeranlage inkl. Rückbau

The contracting authority plans the comprehensive renovation of the Mittelschule Krumbach (Schwaben), Talstraße 70, 86381 Krumbach (Schwaben). During the comprehensive renovation works, the entire school operations of the Mittelschule Krumbach will be relocated to an interim school building in modular/container construction. The relocation affects only the Mittelschule and not the adjacent Realschule Krumbach. The interim building will be erected on the associated, already developed parking area east of the school building. Access to the interim building will be via the parking area on the same property. The building permit for the measure is available. The contracting authority is tendering the following described services as a construction lot of the comprehensive renovation of the Mittelschule Krumbach (Schwaben) according to VOB/A-EU throughout Europe. The services are functionally considered a trade of this overall construction measure.
