The Migration and Reengineering of the Analytical System of the Maintenance Management System (SGM) project aims to carry out the orderly, controlled, and secure transition of the current analytical platform based on MicroStrategy / SAP BW to a modernized, scalable architecture aligned with Enagás' corporate data strategy, based on cloud technologies (Fabric / Azure) and advanced analytics. The scope of the service includes both the technical migration of existing analytical assets and the functional and conceptual reengineering of dashboards, data models, and exploitation processes, ensuring business operational continuity and improved analytical capabilities.

Current Environment Analysis (AS-IS): Inventory and detailed analysis of the existing SGM analytical platform, including reports, dashboards, metrics, data models, loading processes, technical dependencies, users, and usage patterns in MicroStrategy, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP BW.

Definition of the Target Architecture (TO-BE): Design of the destination architecture aligned with Enagás' data strategy, incorporating layers of ingestion, storage, transformation, semantic modeling, and visualization, as well as security criteria, data governance, traceability, and auditing, on the Microsoft Fabric platform.

Data Model Migration: Adaptation and migration of existing data models, applying principles of modern analytical modeling and ensuring functional consistency with current models.

Dashboard and Report Reengineering: Redesign of the SGM dashboards, incorporating functional improvements, rationalization of indicators, and performance optimization.

Transition Management and Coexistence: Definition and execution of a plan that allows for the temporary coexistence of platforms, ensuring the availability of information.

Data Quality and Validations: Execution of quality controls, functional reconciliations, and validations with key users.

Security, Access, and Data Governance: Implementation of access controls, segregation of functions, and regulatory compliance.

Support for Adoption and Accompaniment: Support during the go-live phase, including knowledge transfer and stabilization support.
