The subject of the public contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of a system for the display and analysis of live and dead cells, together with the services related to the subject of the supply as specified in the Purchasing Agreement Draft (Annex 3 of the tender documentation). Annex 1 of the Purchasing Agreement Draft contains the technical conditions of the subject of the contract in the form of setting absolute (minimum) technical requirements. If a tenderer does not meet any of the absolute (minimum) technical requirements, it will be excluded from the tender process. Compliance with these parameters will also be required by the contracting authority as part of the installation and acceptance of the subject of the contract.
