The contract includes the following services: P2: Operation and minor maintenance for the duration of the contract, P3: Full equipment warranty for the duration of the contract, P9: Unit price per cubic metre of treated domestic hot water. For the following domains: Heating: heat distribution up to and including emitters, Air conditioning: cold production, cold distribution up to and including emitters, Domestic hot water (DHW): DHW production, DHW distribution and water treatment (softening, chlorination, thermal shock, any regulatory treatment to be applied), Ventilation: ventilation auxiliaries up to ventilation grilles/vents, Water treatment and swimming pool specifics.
