The subject of the contract is the supply, implementation, configuration and provision of service and warranty for the AML System supporting the fulfilment of obligations arising in particular from the AML Act, EU AML regulations and EBA, GIIF guidelines. 2. Under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 2.1 carry out a Pre-implementation Analysis; 2.2 supply the System along with the necessary licences for using the System; 2.3 configure, parameterise and adapt the System to the requirements of the Purchaser; 2.4 install and launch the System in the Purchaser's environment; 2.5 perform the integration of the System with External Systems; 2.6 carry out data migration within the scope specified by the Purchaser; 2.7 prepare and conduct System tests; 2.8 launch the production System; 2.9 deliver documentation; 2.10 conduct training for Users; 2.11 provide post-implementation services, including warranty and maintenance services for the System. 3. The Purchaser envisages additional orders under the option right, including: 3.1 provision of Development Services, 3.2 supply, installation, configuration and launch of the IT Infrastructure necessary for the operation of the System.
