HUS Kiinteistöt Oy is inviting tenders for the procurement of fixed medical equipment for the Haartmaninkatu 3 Pathology and Genetics Changes project, in accordance with the invitation to tender and its documents. The HUS Pathology and Genetics Space Change project involves the relocation of the HUS Diagnostic Centre's pathology central laboratory to the B and C wings of the building owned by Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy at Haartmaninkatu 3, Helsinki, which will be renovated in phases and primarily leased to the HUS Diagnostic Centre. The site address is Haartmaninkatu 3, 00290 Helsinki. The procurement programme is directed at the separate procurements of the HUS Pathology and Genetics Space Change project. HUS Kiinteistöt Oy acts as the contracting entity for these separate procurements (REH): Fixed medical equipment (KSL), Procurement lot KSL 1 is divided into two (2) sub-areas, focusing on special ventilation ducts and ventilation tables. The procurement sub-area is purchased from one supplier. The supplier may offer one or more different procurement sub-areas and provide alternative tenders.
