The subject of the procurement procedure is the planning and implementation of renovation measures at the Gymnasium and Aula (Building A) of the Schulzentrum Mitte. The measure includes, in particular, the energy renovation of the building envelope with facade and roof renovation, the preliminary concrete renovation of the existing structural structures including the existing concrete chimney system, as well as the partial conversion of the heat supply. In this context, the integration of a heat pump with a capacity of approximately 400 kW is planned, while an existing gas boiler will continue to be operated for peak load coverage. All measures will be carried out exclusively in the existing structure and must be planned taking into account the existing structural and technical conditions as well as the maintenance of the operational use during the construction measures.
