Maintenance and conservation service for the equipment constituting the corporate firewall architecture of the Government of Canarias, in its preventive, corrective and perfective aspects, in order to cover a wide range of interventions and actions on said equipment. The Service includes:

- A Telephone Support Service

- Technical Assistance and Configuration Assistance Service

- Incident Resolution Service

- Repair of Parts and Equipment Service

- New software version update service

- Problem discrimination

- Software installations and updates when these cannot be done remotely

- Installation and/or uninstallation, removal of equipment, equipment transfers, with intermediate deposit (when applicable) in the tenderer's workshops

- Knowledge management, with development and improvement of procedures (installations, configurations, etc.)
