The subject of the project is the planning and construction of a new school building for Gymnasium Großburgwedel (Neubau2.0) with an estimated total volume of approximately 9,600 m² GFA plus landscaping of approximately 16,500 m² of the site. For this, an existing area of approximately 11,060 m² GFA is to be demolished. Neubau2.0 is to include modern classrooms, science laboratories, administrative and communal areas, as well as the design of the outdoor facilities (schoolyard). Additionally, the project includes the construction of a new auditorium, which will be used by both the school and the contracting authority (AG). Prior to the start of the measure, the contractor (AN) must provide alternative spaces. This includes the provision of temporary interim containers, with a usable area of approximately 2,000 m², and a permanently constructed multifunctional building, with a usable area of approximately 730 m². The relocation management is the responsibility of the AN. After completion, handover and commissioning, the AN must provide maintenance services for an extended warranty period of 10 or 5 years.
