Germany – Guard services – Werkschutzdienst Schachtanlage ASSE II - VSVgV

The subject of this tender is the full provision of security and site protection services (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round) for the Asse II mine in Remlingen. The services include, among others, the permanent gate and reception service, the continuous access, personnel and vehicle control, the patrol and control service on the entire site (incl. outdoor facilities), the monitoring of safety-related systems (BMA, EMA, Video) in the plant security centre as well as emergency and crisis management (first intervention in hazardous situations). Part of the tender documents is classified as "Confidential – FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY (VS-NfD)". Pursuant to Section 19(3) sentence 2 VSVgV, these documents are not made freely available via the procurement portal, as the use of electronic communication media does not provide the necessary security for these classified data. The dispatch of the affected tender documents to the successful bidders, the subsequent bidder communication as well as the submission of tenders after completion of the selection procedure will therefore be made exclusively by post.
