The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of scientific equipment for the Department of Civil Engineering of the AUTH. The items to be supplied are classified under the code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 38000000-5 Laboratory Equipment. The present contract is divided into the following eleven (11) parts:

Bids may be submitted for one (1) or more parts of the tender or for all the parts, for the total of the items of the part. The total estimated value of the contract for the eleven (11) parts amounts to 805,545.20€ excluding VAT 24% (estimated value including VAT: 998,876.05€). The duration of the contract amounts to eight (8) months, unless otherwise stated in the specific technical specifications of Annex I for each part separately. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender, based on the best quality-price ratio.
