Poland – Credit granting services – „Udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego, w kwocie 8.258.305 zł na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Powiatu Myszkowskiego w 2026 roku”

The subject of the contract is the provision and servicing of a long-term loan in the amount of 8,258,305.00 PLN for the expenses incurred from 02 January 2026 related to covering the planned budget deficit of the Myszkowski County. 2. As a result of the public procurement procedure, the Lender grants the Borrower a long-term Polish zloty loan in the amount of 8,258,305.00 PLN (in words: eight million two hundred fifty-eight thousand three hundred and five zloty), on the terms specified in the SWZ, without a separate loan application from the Borrower. 3. The loan will be used for the expenses incurred from 02 January 2026 related to covering the planned budget deficit of the Myszkowski County. 4. The loan will be taken out for a period of 11 years, i.e. until 2037. Contract utilisation deadline: The final deadline for contract utilisation expires on 31 December 2026. Required contract implementation deadline: from the date of signing the contract to the date of loan repayment with interest, i.e. until 31 December 2037.
