The subject of the contract is the design of an extension building for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (KJPP) of Marien-Hospital gGmbH in 46483 Wesel, consisting of the following service categories: Building Design according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 10 HOAI, Basic Services according to Service Phases (LPH) 3-9. Upon award, only Service Phase 3 and 4 will initially be commissioned. The contracting authority has an option (unilateral right of the contracting authority; no legal claim of the contractor) to commission the further service phases. The prerequisite for commissioning the further service phases is the contractually compliant performance of the contractor in the respective preceding service phases, without the contractor having a legal claim to be commissioned for the further service phases if this prerequisite is met.
