The three hospitals in Aurich, Emden, and Norden are to be merged into a single clinic. The plan is to construct a complex comprising several buildings along with the associated traffic, parking, and open spaces. The central clinic will be a facility on a 36-hectare site in Uthwerdum. The construction site is located in Uthwerdum/Südbrookmerland in the district of Aurich, East Frisia. The site will be accessed via the adjacent federal roads B72 and B21 to the south. The tender includes the establishment of a construction water supply. The water supply company will provide a central handover/connection point for the construction water supply. From here, the construction water supply will be set up via underground hydrants with the appropriate standpipe. Further details according to the individual positions of the specification.
