Greece – Building and facilities management services – Α΄ Φάση κλειστής διαδικασίας για την επιλογή αναδόχου σύμβασης παροχής υπηρεσιών διαχείρισης κτιρίων και εγκαταστάσεων (Hard & Soft FM Services) της Κέντρο Πολιτισμού Ίδρυμα Σταύρος Νιάρχος Μονοπρόσωπη Α.Ε. για πέντε (5) έτη και με δικαιώματα προαίρεσης για την ανάθεση επιπλέον απολογιστικών εργασιών και για την παράταση της διάρκειας για έως δώδεκα (12) μήνες

The subject of the Contract is the provision of building and facility management services (Hard & Soft FM Services) that collectively ensure the smooth operation of the buildings and facilities of ΚΠΙΣΝ Α.Ε, for five (5) years, with the option to award additional accounting services and to extend the duration by up to twelve (12) months, as described in Appendix I of the Invitation. The subject of the Contract services and the options are described in detail in Appendix I of the Invitation. The total estimated value of the Contract, including the options, i.e. the option to award additional accounting services and the option to extend the duration by up to twelve (12) months, amounts to 38.485.217,56 €, excluding VAT, i.e. 47.721.669,77 €, including VAT. This value is broken down as follows: The value of the Contract amounts to 6.047.190,60 €, per year, excluding VAT, i.e. 7.498.516,34 €, per year, including VAT. In total, for the five (5), 30.235.952,98 €, excluding VAT, i.e. 37.492.581,69 €, including VAT. The value of the option for additional accounting services that may be awarded according to Appendix I of the Invitation amounts to 367.012,33 €, per year, excluding VAT, i.e. 455.095,29 €, per year, including VAT. In total, for the five (5), 1.835.061,65 €, excluding VAT, i.e. 2.275.476,45 €, including VAT. The value of the option to extend the Contract by up to twelve (12) months, including any additional accounting services that may be awarded within this twelve (12) month extension period, amounts to 6.414.202,93 €, excluding VAT, i.e. 7.953.611,63 €, including VAT. The financial offers to be submitted during the Second Phase of the Competition may exceed the total estimated value of the contract by up to 2%, as detailed in the Second Phase Declaration. A special price adjustment clause is envisaged, if, during the execution of the Contract, the data on which the above calculation of the total estimated value of the contract was based changes substantially, as detailed in the Second Phase Declaration.
